It provides the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and role-specific guidance needed to deliver safe, consistent, trauma-informed, and youth-centred care.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The learning path is organized into five components covering OITP foundations, core clinical practice, safety and crisis response, specialized practice, and equity and inclusion.
