This SCORM course teaches the safe and legal sale and service of alcohol in Ontario. It is designed for people who work in licensed places and alcohol retail settings.
The course explains the rules for selling and serving alcohol under Ontario law. Learners will learn about standard drink sizes, how alcohol affects the body, and how to spot signs of intoxication. The course also covers checking ID, refusing a sale or service when needed, and handling difficult situations in a calm and respectful way.
